Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to data when you visit the Initial T website at initialtee.com ("the site"). The short version: the site sets no cookies and collects nothing that identifies you. It counts visits anonymously.

What the site does not do

It sets no cookies, none at all, not even "essential" ones.
It runs no cookie-based analytics and builds no profile of any visitor. The only measurement is the anonymous visit count described below.
It uses no tracking pixels, tags or fingerprinting.
It carries no third-party trackers or adverts, no fonts loaded from a CDN, no maps, no video players, no social widgets, no comment system. The only files fetched from other hosts are the animation libraries described under Animation libraries below.
It has no forms, no newsletter sign-up, no account creation and no login.
It does not ask for, receive or store your name, email address or any other personal detail.

Because none of that exists, there is no consent banner and nothing for you to opt in or out of on the site.

Your garage

The Daily Corner game saves your garage in your own browser only, it never leaves your device, and Reset garage wipes it.

Product information

The products shown on the site are pulled from Etsy when the site is built and saved into a fixed file that is served to everyone. Your browser never contacts Etsy while you are on this site. Only when you click a product link do you go to Etsy, at which point Etsy's own privacy practices apply.

Visit counts

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and visits. It is cookieless and keeps aggregate counts only. It does not build a profile of you and Initial T does not use it to identify any individual visitor. Cloudflare's handling of this data is covered by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Animation libraries

The scrolling and animation on the home page run on open-source code libraries that your browser downloads from two public hosts: cdnjs.cloudflare.com (three.js, GSAP and ScrollTrigger) and cdn.jsdelivr.net (Lenis). To deliver those files, those hosts receive your IP address, as any server does when it sends you a file. They set no cookies.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare's servers automatically process a standard request log when a page or file is served: this typically includes your IP address, the time of the request, the page or asset requested, your browser's user-agent string and referring page. Cloudflare uses this to deliver the site, keep it online and protect it from abuse and attacks. Cloudflare acts as a data processor for the site on this point; its handling of that data is covered by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. Initial T does not receive, store or analyse these logs and does not use them to build any profile of visitors.

Buying on Etsy

All purchases happen on Etsy, not on this site. When you follow a product link and buy something, Etsy and its payment providers collect and process whatever is needed to take payment and fulfil the order: for example your name, delivery address, email and order details. That processing is governed by Etsy's Privacy Policy, not this one. As the Etsy shop owner, Initial T can see the order information Etsy shows a seller (such as the delivery name and address) in order to make and send your order, and to handle returns or messages. That information is held within Etsy's platform and is used only to fulfil and support your order.

Social media links

The footer links to the Initial T accounts on Instagram, TikTok and Etsy. These are plain links: the platforms' scripts are not embedded on this site, so those companies do not know you visited here unless you click through. If you do, their own privacy policies apply.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights over personal data held about you, including the right to ask for a copy of it, to have it corrected or erased, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Since this site holds no personal data about visitors, there is nothing here to request. For data connected to an Etsy order, contact Etsy, or message the shop (see below) and Initial T will help where it can within what Etsy's platform allows.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published here with a new "last updated" date.
